We also collect technical usage information such as browser, device, log, analytics, and security data.

We use information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, create and operate generated business sites, run AI tasks you request or approve, provide billing and subscription features, support advertising workflows, improve our product, and maintain the reliability and security of our systems.
3. AI, Website, Lead, and Ads Data Handling
Business facts, prompts, uploaded assets, generated website content, AI task outputs, lead submissions, ads settings, ads performance data, and creative materials may be processed by UpBizzy and trusted providers to deliver the product. Provider retention, model-training settings, and processing locations can vary by feature and configuration.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, authentication providers, AI providers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, support providers, subcontractors, and professional advisers only as needed to operate UpBizzy and deliver services. UpBizzy does not use Meta Login to authenticate customers. To request deletion of information associated with your UpBizzy account, business, generated site, leads, or managed advertising service, email privacy@upbizzy.com. Include the email address associated with your account and the business name so we can verify and locate the correct records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other credentials.
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify data from active systems as applicable and disconnect related integrations. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or audit purposes.
